Delete your whole account

1. Open your email from the same Google account you use to sign in to Apna Shishya.
2. Send an email to apnischool2026@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
3. We confirm by reply within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days.

Delete some data, keep your account

Email apnischool2026@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and say what to remove — for example your learning history, school details or group memberships. We do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, photo, class, board, school and subjects.
• Your learning activity: attempts, answers, scores, streaks and insights.
• Your groups, connections and links to teachers.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records, kept up to 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. They hold the order, amount and date, not your card or UPI details.
• Server logs, deleted automatically within 90 days.
